Pregnancy has really made me rethink what I actually reach for every day. Comfort matters more than ever, but I still want things to feel practical, supportive, and easy. Over the last several months, these are the items that have truly made a difference for me, not just things I tried once and forgot about.
They’ve helped me feel more comfortable, more rested, and more like myself as my body has changed. If you’re pregnant right now or shopping for someone who is, I hope this list feels helpful and reassuring.

I have been living in sweater dresses this pregnancy, especially during the winter months. They’re comfortable, flattering, and require almost no effort, which is exactly what I need right now.

Staying hydrated has felt easier with a mix of things I actually enjoy drinking. I’ve been slightly addicted to Waterloo sparkling water when I want something other than plain water, and these electrolyte packets have been so helpful on days when I need a little extra support without anything overly sweet.

This robe has been one of my most-worn pieces at home. It’s lightweight, soft, and easy to throw on in the mornings or after a shower, and it still feels pretty and put together. I love that it works for pregnancy now and will be just as useful postpartum.

Comfortable basics have been a must for me throughout pregnancy. I’ve worn these underwear my entire pregnancy and love how breathable they are, especially the regular rise since I’m carrying low. I’ve rotated between Amazon favorites, Lululemon bras, and True & Co bralette-style options, and when I need more support, the Soma Enbliss bras are always my go-to.

I used this pregnancy pillow from about 20 to 34 weeks and cannot recommend it enough. I love that it has two long sides and actually supports your whole body instead of shifting around while you sleep.

The Owala is the only water bottle I’ve used in the last nine months. It comes with me everywhere and makes staying hydrated so much easier. This foam roller has also been amazing for my lower back and overall recovery, especially on days when everything feels tight or sore.

A comfortable pair of slippers is a must-have, and I highly recommend a warm, easy slip-on pair like these. They’re the kind you’ll wear from morning to night without even thinking about it.

BODY BUTTER | STRETCH MARK OIL | PRENATAL
To keep my skin hydrated, I’ve been using Nemah oil paired with a rich body butter, and the combination has made such a difference as my body has changed. I’ve also really enjoyed this brand of prenatals and feel good about the ingredients for both mom and baby, which has given me peace of mind throughout pregnancy.
Pregnancy has a way of simplifying things and making you really aware of what actually helps. These are the pieces that have supported me day to day and made this season feel a little more comfortable and manageable. If you’re expecting or shopping for someone who is, I hope this list helps take some of the guesswork out of it.
