This little corner of 30A has been one of our family’s favorite places for years, and getting to now make it our own feels so special. When Chris and I first found this home in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood, we instantly saw the potential—not just for the space itself, but for all the memories still to come.
We recently decided to give our favorite getaway spot a little face lift! We worked Pearl & Palm Interiors and they did SUCH an amazing job brining all of the visions to life. Every detail was chosen with intention, creating a home that reflects our style while still feeling comfortable and lived-in.
…and now, after all the updates, it feels even more like the home away from home it has always been to us.
Our home sits at the very front of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood, just off 30A—placing you right in the heart of it all. The location makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer, something we truly love every time we’re here.

SIDEBOARD BUFFET CABINET | FLORAL PILLOWS | NIGHTSTANDS | LAMPS | WALLPAPER | TILE FLOOR
The primary bedroom has such a calm, inviting feel to it. I love the color of the nightstands mixed with the blush bedding. It’s one of those rooms you naturally want to slow down in and truly unwind, which is perfect when at the beach. I love how the checkered floor turned out, we used two different colors to create the pattern , “fog” and “sand“!

LIGHTING | VANITY | MIRRORS | WALLPAPER | FLOOR TILE
Our primary bathroom has quickly become one of my favorite spaces in the house. The combination of the tile and wallpaper makes me SO happy!

NIGHTSTANDS | SIMILAR CHAIRS | STRIPED BEDDING | BUNK BEDS

HEADBOARD | TABLE LAMP | FLORAL PILLOWS | ACCENT TABLES | SIMILAR BENCH
Each of the other bedrooms were designed to feel comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into. The girls were so excited about the bunkbeds!

SCALLOPED MIRROR | VANITY | RATTAN SHELLS | TILE | WALLPAPER

SHOWER TILE | FLORAL WALLPAPER | TRIPLE SCONCE | BATHROOM VANITY | SCALLOPED MIRRORS
Each of the bathrooms throughout the home has its own personality, which was such a fun opportunity to play with prints and color. I love using these spaces to add a little extra charm—whether it’s a bold wallpaper, soft pattern, or unexpected detail, each bathroom feels thoughtfully designed and full of character.

PENDANT LIGHT | DINING CHAIRS | DINING TABLE | RUG | BARSTOOLS | FLOORS
The kitchen is truly the heart of the home—bright, open, and designed for gathering. We chose to paint the cabinets the same color as our own at home, SW Earl Gray, and I absolutely love how they turned out! It adds such a timeless, elevated feel while still feeling warm and inviting. It’s the kind of space you naturally gravitate toward—whether you’re starting your morning with coffee or ending the day gathered around the table.
The Seacrest Beach Neighborhood is located 0.1 mile from downtown Rosemary Beach. This area is incredibly family-friendly, and they always have something going on for the whole family. There is live music, movie nights, and lots of great restaurants! This area of 30A offers sidewalks where you will constantly see bikers, walkers, and joggers all day. If you come out of our neighborhood and go right, you will run right into Alys Beach.
One of our favorite coffee + breakfast spots is in Alys Beach – Raw and Juicy. They offer healthy options and the best coffee! There is also shopping, a great donut spot, and a fun playground within walking distance of our doorstep.
We always make sure to eat at George’s and Edward’s and never miss out on the Maple Bacon donuts from Donut Hole. In the busy season, there is a line out the door before 7 AM to get the good donuts. You have to try them!
Another reason we love our location is the HUGE swimming pool that we have access to. It’s a few streets over from our house and is a great alternative to going to the beach. The whole area is kid-friendly, and the pool is no exception. If you are pool people but want the option of the beach, this is the neighborhood for you!
George’s – my favorite is the salt and pepper shrimp
Raw and Juicy – their overnight oats and bulletproof coffee is my go-to
La Crema – such good tapas and wine
Cowgirl Kitchen – you must do brunch here!
Foneville Press – my favorite coffee spot!
Havana Bar and Grill – they have a great rooftop and the smoky old fashioned is a crowd favorite
Pescado – try to sit outside, the view is amazing
Edward’s – they have great live music
Donut Hole – the best donuts
Amivada Coffee – great coffee and tea
Wild Olives – great for lunch or dinner!
La Cocina – tasty Mexican within walking distance to our house
Pizza by the Sea – always a great first night option!
Grits and Grind – really good breakfast if you want a sit down meal
Shaka Sushi – very impressed with their sushi. You will have to drive there from our house, but it’s worth it!
There’s just something about this stretch of 30A that keeps us coming back. It’s relaxed but still lively, family-friendly but still fun for date nights, and everything feels just a little bit slower in the best way.
This house has become such a special place for our family. Moments full of beach days, bike rides, dinners out, and quiet mornings with coffee on the porch. It’s one of those places that helps you unwind, and we feel so lucky to have it.
If you’re ever planning a trip to 30A, I hope this gives you a little glimpse into why we love it so much.

We are going to the 30A area this summer and I am looking for things to do with a 4year old?? Our rental house is between Watersound and Rosemary so I’m thinking we won’t be far from Seacrest. I would love any ideas!! Thank you!
I’m so excited about this!! I’m going to make it my goal to vacay there ! The house is perfect and the location looks awesome…I looked it up. Congrats on this!
When do you think is the best time to vacation here, weather wise?
It really depends if you want to go out on the beach and tan, if you have littles and want to go out and enjoy the sun but don’t want It to be terribly hot, or if you want a get away but don’t specifically care about the sun!
We are booked for Easter weekend! Thanks for the restaurant recs, it’s our first time to 30A. We’re bringing our twins who will be 6 months. Any tips or gadgets you found helpful for bringing babies to the beach?
Oh yay! Hope you all have the best time!!! I have a few posts about “traveling” with baby! I would recommend.
Specifically for the beach you may want :
a “play” area depending if you want to stay out (like a pop up gated area)
Spray bottle to wash the sand off of them.
Baby powder to help with the sand.
Trying to think of other things! I do remember looking on Pinterest for specific ideas to use!
