4 Fall Looks that Can Go From Work to Weekend

You all know I’m all about finding pieces that can easily transition to fit multiple occasions. Lately, I’ve been loving Banana Republic Factory for those work to weekend finds. I’m always on the hunt for pretty fall dresses for you all, but I thought it would be fun to mix in some classic pieces too for today’s work wear Wednesday. Below are 4 fall looks that can go from work to weekend with ease!

This floral dress is stunning. I love the bold pattern and just how comfortable it is. It gives you a great waistline and comes with a fabric belt. You could easily remove this and add your own belt if you prefer, but I like it just the way it is. I’m wearing an extra-small and would say it runs TTS. It’s lined so you don’t have to worry about adding a slip. I paired it with my go-to suede knee high boots that I picked up during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This would be the perfect date night look or even a great dress to wear for fall family photos! If you add heels, you could easily wear this to a fall wedding as well.

This dotted leopard dress is another great transitional piece. To wear this to work, simply add a blazer over the top. I love that the halter neck gives the dress interest without being too revealing. You could wear this for a girls night out, work dinner, fall wedding and so much more. You could even layer a cropped sweater over the top and have the leopard dress resemble a skirt!

An easy way to bring a little personality to your work wardrobe is through a fun pleated blouse like this pretty blue one. For a classy work wear look I paired it with black pants and added a quilted handbag. This top comes in a few more colors as well! I’m wearing an extra small and would say it fits true to size. This would also look great tucked into a skirt or layered under a blazer. For a weekend look, pair it with white skinny jeans and braided heels!

I’m always a fan of a great wrap top! If you’re a nursing mama going back into the office, this top is a must. It’s super soft and I can already tell it’s going to hold up great. I would recommend getting your normal size. I paired it with these classic black trouser pants and my most comfortable flats, my leopard Rothys!
