It’s Okay To Wear White Before Easter

I want to start out this post by saying I love today’s outfit! White on white isn’t a color combination you see everyday. At least not before Easter. Does anyone still follow that silly rule of no white after Labor Day or before Easter? I love wearing white all year round and would suggest it to anyone who asks.

Before I do photoshoots every other week, Anna and I get together outfits and think about what upcoming content to share. If you are wondering who Anna is, you can click here to read all about her! I purchased this top from Banana Republic and couldn’t quite figure out which pants to pair with it. Anna suggested white jeans so we gave it a try and man was the perfect combination!

I like this look because the blouse is such a statement in and of itself. I think that a dark pant would be to harsh and your attention wouldn’t stay with the top. We also added a classic nude sandal with this look for that exact same reason. I typically wear shoes in the nude, tan and blush color palette anyway and try to stay clear of darker shoes. We did add black tassel earrings and my black Chanel bag to bring the whole look together!

I just checked the Banana Republic website and saw that this blouse is offered in a total of four color options. If you aren’t sure about the white and black stripes, they offer the blouse in a solid black and navy that would be great for a while look styled with a floral skirt or pants! I also noticed that this white blouse is selling quickly so you better grab it while you can!!

As for a size reference, I’m wearing XS and would suggest buying your regular size.
