The Perfect Little Black Dress for Summer

While summer is the perfect time for white dresses and all things floral, let’s not forget about find the perfect black dress and what she can do for your wardrobe. I’m partnering with Banana Republic today to share two ways to style a great little black dress option for summer.




If you know me, you know that I love a good drop waist dress. I think they are incredibly flattering and can be worn for work and play. The eyelet option featured today is perfect for a wedding but can also be dressed down with sneakers and a denim jacket. The second option is great for lunch when the babe is in tow 🙂

The sizing runs true to size and I’m wearing a size 0. If between sizes, I would size up one. As for the accessories, I would grab a nude heel and cute clutch or crossbody for a wedding guest look and pair of sneakers for anything more low key.
