Wedding Guest Dress Options for Spring

12 March |

One of my favorite topics — what to wear to a wedding? Weddings are so much fun to attend and the last thing you should stress about is what to wear! I’m going to link several options for you to look through! I will try to keep all my options under $100, I typically don’t want to spend more than that.

I will probably expand on this post over the next few months but wanted to go ahead and get a few options out there. We have our first wedding of the season coming up at the end of the month so I’ve been searching for what to wear!

My go-to style for most all weddings is something long. I prefer long flowy dresses and think you can dress them up. If the wedding is a formal or black tie, I would 100% say go with a long dress. If the request is semi-formal or cocktail attire, a shorter dress is fine.

As for shoes, I typically always wear a strappy nude heel. My favorite are the Sam Edelman scalloped strap heels. They are over $100 but if I had a dollar for the amount of times I’ve worn them, I would be twice as rich. I promise you will wear this pair all the time!

Let me know what type of weddings you have coming up! I’ll be sharing more options soon!

  1. Hey there! I have two weddings in October! One indoor/ outdoor in Austin and one in the George Peabody library in Baltimore. STUNNING! So excited.

  2. I have a wedding at a ranch coming up, I definitely need help! Especially with foot wear. Ranches=dirt, mud, and all things messy!

  3. All of these are stunning looks! I agree long and flowy are the best to dress up and can be worn for so many subsequent occasions! I have found I struggle with shoes because so many midwest weddings are outdoors and in the fields– I’m not a boot and dress kinda gal but that’s my biggest hurdle!
