SIZING DETAILS

As soon as I spotted this top I knew I had to have it. Although I am not currently nursing, my first thought, was all my fellow mamas out there who just had babies need to know about this top! It’s super comfortable and fits true to size. I’m wearing my normal size, small. I’ve paired it here with a black pencil skirt from Express. This skirt, in particular, is made extremely well and has great support. It also comes in a few other colors! Although, you can’t go wrong with a classic black pencil skirt. This is one of those work wear pieces that you can wear all year long. I also styled this top in a recent try-on haul with classic black pants and heels. To check out the look, click here.

If you’re on the hunt for some great nursing friendly tops, my go-to retailers are always Loft, Banana Republic Factory and Target! I recommend looking for tops that have a true wrap to them, or have functioning buttons. If you have a wide open neckline, this could also work depending on what type of pump you have. Style a wrap top with a skirt or add a great pair of straight legged pants. I also love the look of tucking in a wrap top to high waisted pants like I did here with these Amazon pants!

NURSING FRIENDLY TOPS

Another easy option for nursing friendly work wear is a dress! You will likely find me in a dress nine times out of ten in the summer because they are an easy outfit that looks instantly put together. When I was nursing, I would look for dresses with functional buttons or a wrap style. I could also get away with dresses that were looser fitting and not super tight around the arms. This allowed me to be able to slide it off on one side. I’ve rounded up a few options for you below that would be perfect nursing friendly options.
