It’s hard to believe that the fourth of July is just right around the corner. With just a few weeks left before the red, white and blue filled holiday, I’m bringing you 10+ outfits ideas for the fourth of July. Whether you are going to be hanging out by the pool, barbecuing with family or watching fireworks in the evening, these looks will have you celebrating in style!
SHOP THE LOVERLY GREY LOOK
This top is perfect not only for the fourth of July, but also summer in general! The muted red is a little less intense than the traditional deep red that you see, making it easier to wear throughout the entire summer season. I paired it here with white denim shorts and added a straw hat to round out the look. This top would also look great with denim mom shorts or jeans if it’s going to be a little cooler where you are. I’m wearing a size small and would say it runs true to size. Although the straps are a little wider, I would still recommend wearing a strapless bra.

LOVERLY GREY FOURTH OF JULY LOOKS
This graphic sweatshirt is so fun for the fourth of July. I would wear this out on the lake or at night when it’s a little on the chilly side. Pair with white shorts or regular denim shorts and sandals. I’ve rounded up a few more cute patriotic sweatshirts below for you!
Patriotic Sweatshirts + Tees
These two dresses are perfect if you are going to a fourth of July themed party or are wanting a slightly more elevated look. Both are super comfortable and can be dressed up with heels or paired with sneakers for a more casual look. Add a crochet handbag or neutral clutch to complete the look. I’ve rounded up a few more dresses that would be super cute for the fourth as well!

Lastly, you can pair a floral maxi skirt with a one shoulder body suit for a fun, patriotic look. If you are going to be at the beach for the fourth this look would be so pretty! It would also work great for a fourth of July party or gathering with friends and family. I love that you will easily be able to wear both these pieces long after the fourth as well!
Fourth of July Family Outfits
SHOP THE LOOK
For the fourth of July, we love coordinating our looks as a family! However, just like styling the whole family for family photos, you want to ensure your looks compliment each other. The key is to stick to a color pallet that plays well off of each other. For instance, mom and toddler are both in white while dad and baby girl are in complimentary muted reds and navy blue. If you were to mix a muted red with a bold red, it would throw the whole look off.
SHOP THE LOOK
For this family look I went with a more traditional red, white and blue color pallet. I brought in bold stripes for the boys and a dainty floral pattern for mom. You can mix the dainty florals with the bold stripes but I wouldn’t recommend mixing two different floral patterns. The other key here is that baby boy’s romper perfectly matches the stripes in dad’s tee. If the stripes were different, this would also through the look off.
SHOP THE LOOK
For this final family outfit, we brought in an all American look with gingham print and this sweet little star pattern on baby’s denim jumper. Because the kids clothes and moms blouse are printed, we kept dad in a simple white henley tee and navy chino shorts. This family look would easily carry form day to night!
