Collins’ Schedule – 14 Months

1 April |

What better time to give a Collins update than the present. She’s now 14 months old (which, HOW is that possible?) and has more personality than we know what to do with…seriously, no idea where that comes from?! Haha She’s starting to walk, she can say a few words, although her favorite is DaDa, and loves to look at pictures of her family members – this digital picture frame has been a life saver.

Collins usually goes to daycare three days per week and then my mom was coming the other two days to take care of her while we worked. With Social Distancing in place, we have decided to keep her home so it’s been just Chris, Collins and I living day by day – as I’m sure many of you are practicing the same.

Chris and I both work from home so we have been tag teaming having her here but mostly work during her nap time or once she goes to bed. Lately, Chris has been running Daddy Daycare so I can get more work done. We previously were alternating awake time if there are meetings scheduled or calls we need to be on. We have said daily since being quarantined that we are SO THANKFUL we got her on a schedule early. We have followed the Moms on Call Method with her since she was born. Because of this, she is sleeping from 7PM-7AM and is currently taking two 1.5 hour naps per day. I’m sure we will transition to one nap per day in the near future but for right now, this is still working for us.

Here is a look at a normal day for Collins:

7AM – Wake Up / Play

8:15AM – Breakfast / Play

9:30AM – Nap

11AM – Wake Up / Snack / Play

12:30 – Lunch / Play

1:30 – Nap

3:00 – Wake Up / Snack / Play

6:00 – Dinner

6:30 – Bath / Bedtime Routine

7:00 – Sleep

The 3-7PM stretch is a long one when you are trying to work and keep a toddler entertained. We usually go on a family walk and lately have been going on a family car ride during this time and then around 5PM we usually watch Frozen 1 or 2. Haha! Gotta do what you gotta do to stay sane right now!

I wanted to link a few items that she is currently using and loving. Everything from sippy sups, and bibs to her favorite books and toys. Some of these would be great to add to an Easter basket too!

BENTO BOXES \\ NUK SIPPY CUP \\ COLLAPSABLE TENT \\ BUBBLES \\ FOOTED ONESIE SLEEPERS \\ HELLO BELLO SHAMPOO \\ GRACO HIGHCHAIR \\ PLASTIC PLACEMATS \\ FARM WALKER \\ PLASTIC SIPPY CUPS \\ BABY GATE \\ BELLA TUNNO BIB \\ BRAIN TOY 1 \\ BRAIN TOY 2 \\ INFLATABLE HOUSE \\ MOM ON CALL BOOK \\ MAGNETIC CABINET LOOKS
