Ruffle Sleeves & Pencil Skirt

I asked you guys yesterday on my Instagram what you wanted to see more off right now and a lot of you said that you wanted to see more work wear, more things for Fall and clothing that teachers can wear. I think this look covers all three of those categories! You simply cannot go wrong with a blouse and pencil skirt for work. I used to wear pencil skirts all the time for work and would constantly be trying to figure out different tops to wear with them so the outfit didn’t look the same each time. I think it’s also important to add accessories that will make your look pop!

Statement sleeves are going to be a big trend for Fall this year. It’s a great way to dress up your outfit without too much effort. This top i’m wearing is currently sold out in the polka dots but does come in four other colors and patterns. I really like the floral one! I have added a few other statement sleeved tops that would look great with a pencil skirt to the “shop the post” widget at the bottom!To finish off this classic look, I think it’s important to have on the right shoe. I am a big fan of a nude pointed tow heel. I had several pairs of these style shoes and found that they went with every outfit. I never wanted to attention drawn to my feet so I always tried to stick with neutral colors. By wearing neutrals on your feet, that keeps the attention on your outfit. I highly recommend these pointy toe pumps!

And last but not least, I added a great leather handbag to this outfit that has some color to brighten up the look. This Kate Spade bag is amazing. The pebbled leather is incredible and the color is perfect for Fall! Prepare to see more of this bag all season long!
