Boy am I excited about this post. I LOVE this dress. When I walked into the Loft the day I purchased this beauty, it was truly love at first sight. Like I saw the dress from across the store and walked over to it, picked it up and did not let it go until the associate packaged it up. I kinda feel like that emoji with the heart eyes when I look at it.

So aside from the darling polka dot print, I truly adore the cut of this dress. It reminds me of a dress that someone in the 50’s would wear on a date. Which oddly enough, transitions to a perfect work outfit nowadays.

Right now i’m loving all things peplum. This drop waist dress really reminds me of peplum for dresses. Which I guess that’s exactly what drop waist is.

I’ve paired it with a soft pink bauble necklace, nude pumps and a light grey bag. Neutral accessories are the perfect accent to ensure all the attention stays on this adorable dress, yet gives it enough to make it pop!
