Kick Off The New Year With New Activewear

There is something about a new year that always puts me in the mood to get moving and adopt a few new healthy habits. It may just be too many Christmas cookies and but I’m always a little more motivated to work out after the holiday season. But what motivates me more than anything is to kick off the new year with new activewear!

SHOP THE LOOK

When it comes to activewear I love to keep it simple and classic! My normal workout routine usually consists of doing an OpenFit workout or a long walk with Birdie or the girls. With that in mind, I usually go for a great pair of leggings like my favorite Wunder leggings from lululemon and a great top and jacket combo.

At the end of each year I always have the urge to purge everything old or unused and get ready for the New Year! I love to go through all my clothes, including my activewear, donating what is worn and unused. This helps me determine what I have and love and what I actually need.
