It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. Last year, we didn’t really decorate for Christmas because we were selling our house and thought we would be moving the week before/of Christmas. This year, we are making up for lost time with our decorations and we started the decorating process in October (say it ain’t so). But I’m so glad that we did so that we can enjoy the holiday magic for a little longer!

This year, I am partnering with Walmart to bring you the start of our holiday decorations! It’s funny because before this collaboration came along, I was talking with Anna, my Creative Assistant, (read more about who she is here) about Christmas trees and holiday decorations. She told me that Walmart has the best flocked trees and that we should look there first for beautiful, affordable Christmas trees. I also later talked with my mom about her flocked tree and she told me hers is also from Walmart. Little did I know, the best place to shop for Christmas trees is at Walmart!

So we headed to Walmart with our Christmas music playing to see what type of holiday magic we could find. All of the items that you see pictured in these photographs are from Walmart. I couldn’t believe how much of a selection they had. Several different types of Christmas tress, ornaments and knick-knacks for the tree, outdoor decorations and so much more. We were able to get EVERYTHING to start our Christmas set up from Walmart.

If you are looking for a place to start when it comes to decorating for the holiday, take a peak at what Walmart has to offer. They have a huge in-store selection but an even broader selection online! They also have their decor broken down by style so if you know you prefer a modern or farmhouse look, you can start at that option and go from there!

Have you started putting up your Christmas decorations yet? What fun traditions do you have around decorating for Christmas? I can’t wait to decorate next year with Collins!

Today’s post is sponsored by Walmart. As always, all opinions are my own! Also, a HUGE thank you to Anna! She had the vision for this space and brought it all to life!

OK…Walmart?!?! This is AMAZING, girlfriend. Walmart has always been a go-to for us, but that flocked tree is *beyond* beautiful – I might need a second tree in our home now justbecause it’s gorgeous!!!!

I love the dimension the mirror brings to the whole presentation! Beautiful! Were you fortunate enough to have someone cut the birch logs for you or were you able to pick them up in a retail venue as well? I’m looking for something like that for my small fireplace.
