I’m so excited to share today’s blog post with you! I’m sharing a dress that I think is perfect for work and would also make a great Easter dress! It’s from the brand Mud Pie. I’m sure you are wondering if I’m talking about the same Mud Pie that makes kids clothes, home decor and gifts. Well you are in luck because they also have a great women’s line that I’ll be sharing with you!
I’ve worked with Mud Pie for almost two years now. They have a showroom in the Atlanta Mart and I’ve spent time with their team brainstorming different ways that I can share their women’s fashion line! I love their bold prints, all of which are hand drawn by their in house designer. The materials they are using are delicate yet long lasting. I have a dress from Mud Pie from a few years ago that despite it’s several machine washes, it still looks brand new.
Today I’m sharing the Lana Flounce Dress. I know you gals will really like this one! I was drawn to this dress because of the silhouette and the color. When I was working in the corporate world, I loved wearing dresses that had a drop waist. The unique waistline gave them a little more flare than your average shift dress. It’s so comfortable and is a dress I would have no problem wearing all day long! The colors and style would also be perfect for Easter too!
Mud Pie offers standard sizing on this dress: small, medium and large. I’m wearing a small and would say it’s a tad big on me. I usually wear extra small in most items and small when extra small isn’t available. If you are between sizes, I would suggest going down but other than that it fits true to size!
I have several more pieces from Mud Pie that I will be sharing with you over the next few months. I’m really excited to hear your feedback on this dress. If you have worn clothing from Mud Pie previously, comment below and let me know what you thought!
