It’s Finally Sweater Dress Season

10 October |

We are in Asheville and it’s so nice to feel the cooler air! I asked y’all yesterday on my Instagram to share your favorite place to eat and the best things to do in Asheville. If you missed the list or want to review it at a later time, click here to see the comments. I will be doing a wrap up blog post of our trip so stay tuned for my review on everything we do.

Thanks to the cooler weather, I’m finally able to wear this Mud Pie Sweater Dress. I’ve been holding out since the weather in Georgia doesn’t want to leave the 80’s. Once it finally decides to dip into the 60’s, this dress will be the perfect option for those cooler days to come.

I love this dress because the price is under $100, the material is really good & it comes in a few color options. You can’t go wrong with a creamy neutral. As for sizing, I’m wearing a small & would say it’s a little oversized. I’m 5’5 and think the length is on the longer side so it will be great for all my tall readers.

I love the look of a sweater dress paired with knee high boots. It’s a chic outfit that’s easy for everyone to recreate. My boots are suede & are fully stocked from Banana Republic. They are pricey but occasionally go on sale so I’ll keep you posted the next time they are marked down under $200. I’m carrying a new purse that is great for fall from Vince Camuto. As you can see in the photos, it’s adjustable for shoulder wear. The color is great for fall!

My dress is available on the Mud Pie website for 20% OFF with code LOVERLY20 at checkout. This discount is valid on all items at so now is the time to stock up on  clothing for fall and gifts for the holidays! Don’t even get me started on their baby section!!

I’ll be sharing a few other looks from Mud Pie this season but in the meantime, feel free to check out my favorites on their website. Their sweater vests & tote bags are some of my fall must haves!

Thanks for stopping by! Today’s blog post is sponsored by Mud Pie. As always, all opinions are my own!
