Casual Spring Look Under $100 With Nordstrom

There has been a great debate on the internet lately whether skinny jeans are in or out. I’m here to tell you that not only are they in, but I don’t think they’re going anywhere! Sorry Gen Z, when it comes to a casual spring look, I can’t think of anything better than high waisted skinny jeans and a crop top. Not that I don’t love my mom jeans, I’m just not sure I’m ready to say goodbye to my skinnies. After all, our generation worked so hard to normalize them! But in all seriousness, this Nordstrom look is perfect for spring and budget friendly!

GET THE LOOK

The key to dressing for spring is to incorporate a lighter color pallet. My go-to pair of jeans are the Jamie skinny jeans by Top Shop from Nordstrom in a light wash color. Pair it with a cute crop top like this one, and add sandals and a sun hat to complete the look. These exact sandals are from last year by Steve Madden. This year’s version is almost identical, only the studs are a cylinder and not a pyramid. I love how they add a fun element to any look. I’ve rounded up a few more favorite sandals below!

I know the idea of wearing a crop top might scare you a little so I’ll let you in on my secret to making crop tops a little more mom friendly. Look for crop tops that have a little more length and pair them waist high waisted jeans or shorts. This way your whole mid section isn’t showing but you still get to look of something more cropped!
