The Best Way to Order Your Summer Essentials with Walmart

Happy almost weekend, friends! It’s that time of year when weekend pool days are in full effect! To help you stock up on sunscreen, swimsuits and beach towels, I’ve teamed up with Walmart to tell you all about their new website redesign. Getting your summer essentials has never been so easy! Plus navigating their new website couldn’t be more simple.

I hate when I’m online shopping and I get to a retailer that I have shopped with in store and liked the experience, only to find that their website is hard to navigate and looks way too overcrowded. You will never have to worry about that with Walmart.com. Their new site is fresh and clean. The search bar is right in the middle of the screen so you can easily search whatever you are looking for! I was actually playing around on their site this morning and was shocked to see that their selection of products is vastly greater online!

I was telling y’all earlier this week about our Memorial Day trip to our family’s lake house. The house is located in Hartwell, GA and one of the only major grocery stores in town is Walmart. I grew up shopping at this location and to watch the transformation from regular Walmart (back in the day) to a Super Walmart was just what that little town needed. A new feature on the new Walmart.com is that you can order your groceries online and pick them up in store! This will be a huge time savings factor for us this summer. My mom used to carve out time early on Saturday morning to “go into town” to pick up groceries and anything we might need for the weekend. Now we can just order online while drinking our morning coffee, drive to Walmart and they will even bring them out to you! Sign. Me. Up!!

I recently purchased a new one piece from Walmart and think y’all will love it! I’m not sure why I’ve been so obsessed with one piece suits this season but I can’t stop (won’t stop) with them. This suit is true to size and I’m wearing a small. It’s perfect for a girls beach trip weekend…how cute are the cutouts?? But it will also work for a mom who is chasing around little ones. Needless to say I’m very impressed with the quality and know you will be too! Plus, this is the perfect item to order to try out their new website!

If you are constantly on your phone like I am, you are probably more interested in the mobile experience of ordering from your phone. Well good news, because I actually like the mobile site redesign even more than the desktop version. It’s so easy to use! You can save lists, reorder items you’ve previous bought, scan barcodes and so much more! Trust me when I say, THIS IS GOOD!
