Affordable Summer Looks For Him + Her

Loverly Chris is back on the blog with an affordable look from one of our favorite places to shop together, Walmart’s sustainable line, Free Assembly. It’s rare that we can both find a place to shop at that we love. However, the Free Assembly line never disappoints. I’m easily able to flip the screen over to Chris, have him add his summer picks to the cart and check out. It’s a bonus that I can easily sneak in a few pieces for myself when we are purchasing for him. This summer look for her and him is one that I have a feeling you’ll grab multiple times throughout the summer season. I know I will!

I can’t resist a loose flowy dress for summer. It can get very hot and humid in Georgia, so staying cool while looking cute is a huge priority. I dressed up this sweet spaghetti strap dress with these block heels. These exact ones are sold through but they just released a summer version that I’m loving. I’m wearing my normal size, extra-small and would say it runs true to size.

Chris is always a fan of draw string shorts for summer. They are comfortable, while also still giving off a put-together feel. He opted for a short sleeve pocket tee to round out the look. He mentioned he would also layer a sweatshirt over the top if we were going to the beach or it it was a little chilly out. Chris is wearing his normal size in both the shorts and top and would say it runs true to size!

Free Assembly just released a ton of new summer arrivals and they are going fast! Which is no surprise because these pieces are super cute. I’m loving all the sweet dress options for summer.
