It can be hard to stay motivated to spend time behind a computer all summer when the sun is shining and the warm weather is calling your name. Speaking from experience, I found I was in a much better mood all day long when I was in an outfit that I loved, and felt comfortable in. While I can’t get you out of work this summer, I can help you look and feel good! I’m sharing 5 ultra cute work wear looks for summer. These looks cover everything from working from home to dressing up for an important meeting at work.

Floral Blouse + Cropped Pants

This is a timeless work wear look that you can wear all year long. These cropped wide leg pants are super flattering! I love how they are comfortable and professional all at the same time. You can easily pair them with a printed blouse like I did here. I added heels to dress up the look and my favorite blue light glasses. Another option would be to pair them with a bodysuit and a blazer!

Tee Shirts Dress + Sneakers

If you’e work looks more like chasing toddlers around or working from home, this might be more up your ally. I love a good t-shirt dress and sneaker combo! These sneakers are especially comfortable and pair well with just about anything. I’ll throw them on with shorts or jeans when I’m running out the door and they always look great. This look allows you to be comfortable, but still put together in case you need to run out and grab lunch in the middle of the day.

Light Weight Blouse + Wide Leg Cropped Jeans

For a casual yet elevated work wear look, pair wide leg cropped jeans with a puff sleeve blouse. Tie the look together with pointed toe work flats in a neutral color. This is perfect for casual Fridays at the office or when you want to get dressed for a work from home day, while still being comfortable. I’ve also styled this top with white denim shorts for the weekend and jeans and heels for a girls night out. It’s truly one of those pieces that can go from week to weekend with ease.

Floral Dress + Block Heels

For an easy summer work wear look pair a floral dress with a block heel. To elevate your look, add a few stacked bracelets, a nice watch and quilted bag. The accessories can really make or break an entire look. If you wanted to dress this look up even more, I would add a white linen blazer for summer! Then as we move into fall, add boots and a light weight jacket.

This might be one of my favorite work wear looks. These black pants I picked up at Target have been such a great purchase. I’ve been able to style so many different ways.
