7 Fresh New Work Wear Outfits

13 January |

When it comes to work wear it can be easy to get into a rut, especially in the winter! To give you a little inspiration during these cold, and sometimes dreary months, I curated 7 fresh new work wear outfits. The best part is they are super affordable!

While many of us may still be working from home, I would encourage you to continue with a normal routine as if you were going into the office. I know personally, waking up and getting ready for the day and putting on real clothes is great for my mental health! It breaks up the day and puts me in the working mindset! Hopefully you can use these five looks as inspiration to try a new look, or style a piece you own more than one way!

I love pairing a feminine floral dress with neutral heels. Add a drapey trench coat for a professional look. You could easily ditch the belt and heels for boots and a leather jacket for a more casual look too!

ONE TOP, TWO LOOKS

One of the most versatile pieces that you can have in your work wardrobe is a classic white button down. Here I’ve styled it two ways, both with leather pieces to give it a little edge, while still staying professional! You could easily through this on with dark wash jeans and plaid blazer for a more casual day in the office or even pair with joggers if you’re working from home!

I love the look of a striped sweater and wide leg pants. These are the perfect winter white that will carry you well into spring! Opt for gold and neutral accessories to round out the look.

ONE SKIRT, TWO LOOKS

Here I styled the same cream skirt two ways. The key to styling a skirt in the winter is layers! If it’s an extra chilly day, swap the ankle boots for knee high boots. Then layer a chunky sweater over the top, tucking in the front. As it warms up you can swap the sweater for thin blouses. You could even pair this with a cute graphic tee and denim jacket for a more casual look!

Grab your favorite midi dress and pair it with a suede motto jacket or faux leather jacket to give you some warmth! you could also throw a sweater over the top and swap the flats for ankle boots. This way you you can stretch one piece throughout the entire year!
