What to Wear to a Holiday Party – Favorites from ModCloth

One of the most requested post ideas from y’all recently has been “what to wear to a holiday party”! There are SOOO many good options of dresses this season but I wanted to share a few of my favorites from ModCloth with you! I bought one of my holiday dresses from ModCloth last year for the holiday season and loved how it carried me from Christmas to New Years and even to a formal event after the holidays.

I know I talk about ModCloth a lot but they truly have great products and I love their mission and what they stand for. Another important factor is that they are size inclusive. Meaning, they offer several sizes in all of their products. From XXS to XXXL there is something for everyone! They also offer a wide range of price points. I mostly try to stay under $100 but for holiday outfits and dresses for special events, I will usually splurge more for something I love.

The dress I’m sharing today is not maternity but it’s bump friendly if you are pregnant. It has a velvet bodice that lays off the shoulder. It’s very flattering and is just the right amount sexy if you are still trying to be modest with your holiday dress. The skirt portion is a layered tulle with a dainty star appliqués throughout. It’s truly the perfect party dress! I’m wearing a size small and just sized up one for the bump so if you aren’t pregnant, go with your normal size but if you are pregnant, then size up one!
