One of the most common questions I get is about sizing, so I wanted to put together a quick and easy guide to help you find the perfect fit when shopping my favorite brands! Whether you’re looking for denim, dresses, or sneakers, this breakdown will give you all the details on what sizes I wear and when I recommend sizing up or down.

For reference, I’m 5’5” and typically a 25 in denim, an XS in tops, sweaters, dresses, and pants, a 6.5 in shoes (but I’ll note when I size up!), and my bra size is a 34B!
I stick with a 25 in almost all denim, especially from brands like Abercrombie & Fitch and Mother. These are my go-to sizes for the best fit!
Sizing Tip: If you’re in between sizes, check the fabric details—if there’s a lot of stretch, you might be able to size down. If it’s more rigid denim, your true size will probably be best.
For all things tops, tees, sweaters, dresses, and non-denim pants, I wear an XS across the board. Whether it’s a flowy maxi dress or a cozy knit sweater, my usual size works perfectly!
Sizing Tip: If you love an oversized fit, you may want to go up one size for extra comfort.
For sports bras, I typically size up one size for the best fit and comfort. Here’s how I size in my favorite brands:
Lululemon: I normally wear a size 4, but I size up to a 6 in sports bras.
Target Activewear: I go with a small in sports bras for the best fit.
Sizing Tip: If you’re in between sizes, I recommend going up for more comfort, especially if you don’t love a super snug fit.
I almost ALWAYS wear a small in swimsuits across the board! Whether I’m shopping at Target, Cleobella, Anthropologie, or other favorite brands, a small is my go-to size.
Sizing Tip: If you’re ordering a one-piece and have a longer torso, you may want to consider sizing up for extra length!
For shoes, I wear a 6.5 in most brands, but I always size up in sneakers.
Sneakers: I size up half a size to a 7 for extra comfort, especially if I’ll be wearing socks!
Sizing Tip: If you’re between sizes in boots or heels, check the brand’s sizing notes—some run a little narrow, so sizing up may be a good idea!
There are certain brands that run a little larger, so I recommend sizing down in these:
Loft: Their bottoms tend to run on the bigger side, so I always size down one size for the best fit.
I hope this guide helps when you’re shopping my looks! If you ever have sizing questions, make sure to check my caption in LTK where I always list my sizing details – I love helping you all find the best fit!
