Fall Outfits: Prints and Textures!

6 September |

Now that we are in September, it’s time to get your fall wardrobe together! I’ve been having so much fun styling outfits for the fall. I’ve been leaning into mixing patterns and playing with textures, and I thought I’d share a few of my favorite looks that I’ve been loving lately. These outfits are perfect for everything—from family photos to work, or just living your best life this season!

DRESS I SHOES

What I love most about this dress is that I played around with mixing patterns here, pairing it with a bold leopard print shoe. It’s a little unexpected, and I feel like it brings just the right amount of character to the look. Trust me, don’t be afraid to mix things up with your prints this fall! Also, the pleating and cinching at the waist on this dress is super cute and flattering. I think this dress would be a fun option for fall family photos.

TOP I SKIRT I HEELS

This next look incorporates a trend that I have been loving: the bubble hem. I paired this bubble hem tank with this pleated skirt that moves so beautifully with every step. And of course, I couldn’t resist adding a bit of shine with my platform gold heels. I love how the gold adds another pop to the outfit without taking over. If you’re looking for something that’s equal parts fun and elegant, this is it.

DRESS I BAG I FLATS

This is such a great dress to have in your closet—it can be dressed up or down. When I put it on for the first time, Chris immediately noted that it looks like the perfect FSU game day dress! It’s got just the right balance of comfort and style, and you can throw it on with flats, sneakers, or heels. It also has pockets which I love!

TOP I SKIRT I SHOES

I’ve been living in slip skirts lately, and this chambray button-down and neutral slip skirt combo is one of my absolute favorites. Slip skirts are so versatile— you can style them in so many different ways. Here, I paired mine with some printed slingback heels to break up the solids and add a bit of interest. Plus, I’m always a fan of mixing textures, and the soft chambray with the sleek slip skirt is just such a good combo.

DRESS

And finally, this dress! I recently wore it out to dinner with my mom during a quick beach trip, and I have to say, I’m obsessed. The color is perfect for fall—rich and warm without being too dark. I love the ribbed texture and flutter sleeve detailing. You are bound to get compliments about this one!

I hope these looks give you some inspiration for your fall wardrobe! Whether you’re looking for something casual and comfortable or a little more dressed up, there’s so much room to play with fashion this season. Don’t be afraid to try new things, mix prints, and step out of your comfort zone!
