Fall Favorites from River Island

Have you shopped at River Island before? They are a new retailer to me but I’m proud to say that they have really impressed me with their options and quality of clothing! I’m excited to share a few pieces that you can style several ways for fall.

I have been searching high and low for a fun fuzzy/shearling jacket. I had a blue coat last year that I loved but wanted something a little heavier for this season. This longline coat is available in a few colors but the dusty blue has my heart. It’s very heavy so it’s sure to keep you warm in the cooler days to come. I ordered a size small because of the baby bump but would suggest getting your normal size.

Layered under the coat is a thin sweater that is great for layering. It has long slits up each side to give it a little spunk. I also think this sweater will be perfect for when Collins arrives and I need to nurse her. I’ve started to look for pieces that will have somewhat easy access for that.  This sweater is also available in pink and runs true to size. I’m wearing a size XS.

I was really excited to check out their accessories! They have several great purse options that are perfect for all occasions. I love that they are unique and look expensive but they don’t break the bank. I landed on a beautiful brown crossbody. I LOVE this bag because you have three strap options which essentially means three different bags! It’s available in several colors and patterns and is $62! River Island also has great special occasion bags. I like to carrying something dainty and a little more unique for weddings or special events. Take a look here to see their selection.
