Monday Sale Alert

4 September |

Happy Labor Day! This holiday snuck up on me for some reason this year. The past two years we have been traveling over Labor Day weekend for either our Honeymoon or trip to Italy so it’s weird to spend this weekend at home. Although, I’m really glad that we are here and are able to spend time relaxing. I’m heading to New York later this week for Fashion Week so I needed an extra day to get everything together! I’m also excited that we are in town for our neighborhood End of Summer BBQ tonight. We always miss our neighborhood functions, so after almost two years of living here it will be nice to meet more neighbors.

I took Birdie outside this morning and the temperature was in the low 60’s. It’s so nice that the weather is finally cooling off a little. I’m kind of surprised because typically the weather is still hot at this time in the South, but I’m definitely not complaining it’s cooling down sooner.

I went to Loft yesterday afternoon and did a little shopping for NYFW and tried on a bunch of things on my Instagram Stories. They have so much great pieces for Fall right now. They are also offering 40% off everything + 60% sale items! You can really get huge savings if you are in the market for a few new closet staples. I love investing in jackets and denim when they are at the sale price. I’ve rounded up all my favorites and added them to the SALE!! > LOFT 40% off Sale tab on my blog.

This blouse is going to be on repeat for sure this season. I love the sleeves and the billowy fit. It will pair nicely with a pencil skirt for work or jeans for a casual weekend look. I think it’s important to invest in pieces that you can wear multiple ways and pieces that will carry you through a whole season (or longer). I also love Loft jeans. My favorite cut is their Modern Skinny jeans. They fit great and offer a little stretch, which I love in my jeans!

You can shop today’s look below! Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your Labor Day!
