Spring is here, and I am all about the perfect balance of comfort and style! I’ve found that when it comes to styling for spring weather you can easily keep the same silhouettes you’ve loved but swap out heavier materials for lighter, breathable fabrics. I love how light layers allow me to easily transition my wardrobe from the crisp mornings to the sunny afternoons. I’ve been reaching for blazers, lightweight sweaters, and, plenty of linen!

Let’s talk about one of my favorite looks: monochromatic styling. It’s simple, chic, and so easy to pull off. For early spring, I love how a lightweight linen skirt is simple yet stylish. The adorable eyelet hem on this skirt adds a little flair and texture, making it more than just your typical spring skirt. I paired it with a classic, striped roll-neck sweater, which is perfect for those chilly mornings. This look is a great balance between feeling polished while keeping comfortable. To elevate the outfit just a little bit, I added a pair of neutral kitten heels. You can easily wear this to brunch, church, or even work!

JEANS I T-SHIRT I BLAZER I BELT I PURSE
The next look is great for both work and play! I’ve loved styling denim for workwear because it’s so versatile, and I love the wide hem on these. I kept the look very simple yet chic. This is an outfit you can grab countless times. I paired one of my favorite white t-shirts and added a linen blazer over it to really pull it together. I kept the same kitten heels from the first look because they are a tried-and-true shoe for so many outfits and added one of my designer bags, which gives the perfect pop of pink.

Clearly, white is one of my favorite colors to style for spring; it’s timeless, classic, and fresh. White jeans are such a great pant for spring because you keep the comfort of denim while adding an elevated and bright feel with the color. I paired them with this pullover that is so comfortable and can easily be dressed up or down. I love how it looks with both jeans or leggings. Lastly I added these pearl flats that are a must have for spring and summer and really complete this all white look.

BUTTON-UP I SWEATER I JEANS I BELT I NECKLACE
I truly think that a classic button up shirt is a must have in any closet! They are so chic and you will wear them for years to come. I styled this striped one with the same white jeans and added a belt and a floral sweater over my shoulders to bring it all together. I’ve loved playing with mixing patterns recently and if that feels intimidating to you this is a great way to try it out.

This last look is such a fun one. These floral linen pants are so adorable and would you believe they are from Target?? I paired them with a crochet sweater and flats for a cute but comfortable look. I finished this look with these ruffle kitten heels to dress this look up a little more. This would be great for brunch with friends or a baby shower. Styling with lightweight materials allows you to keep the silhouettes you love while still adapting to the weather!
