Fall Basics Under $50

16 October |

Stocking up on basics is always a good idea. Especially when they are reasonably priced and great quality. I stopped into JCPenney recently to check out their new arrivals and saw so many good basics I loved and thought y’all would too!

First up, a plain white tee. This option has a 3/4 length sleeve which is nice for this cooler weather we are finally getting in the south. I love the longer, almost tunic length. It’s great to wear with leggings but can also be knotted with jeans. Finding tops that work several different ways is key when looking for good pieces to invest in. As for sizing, I’m wearing small and would say if you are between to size up one. I go back in forth between XS and small so that’s why you see me talking about both sizes. This top is available in several other colors and is under $10!

I was so excited to see this chenille sweater! It’s incredibly warm and comes in several colors. I’m wearing a small in this and say it’s true to size. I love this reddish color. I feel like I either have pink or rust so I liked this in between option for fall. The exact color is called brown henna. The best part is that it’s currently on sale for $20. This is a great cardigan to grab for gifts for any sisters, moms or friends that you have on your list this gifting season.

The A.N.A. brand is a great option for finding casual clothes and great basics. I really like Worthington for work wear and Arizona for juniors basics and trendy styles. I’ve been shopping at JCPenney monthly for the last year and a half and love finding new pieces to share with y’all! What’s your favorite purchase from there?

Thanks to JCPenney for sponsoring today’s blog post. As always, all opinions are my own. Photos by Naomi Hopkins Photography.
