Happy 4th of July week! I have some more patriotic outfit ideas to share with you today! Whether you’re hitting the beach, attending a barbecue, or heading to a more formal dinner, I’ve got the perfect outfits to help you look stylish and festive. Here are some looks I’ve styled for different occasions!
For a festive beach or poolside look, you can’t go wrong with a red suit! I love the high-waisted bottoms and ruffle detailing on the one-shoulder top— it’s not only flattering but also super cute. I paired it with a white cover-up skirt with a slit and neutral slip-on sandals. This look will have you so ready to catch some rays or be at a beach picnic! Don’t forget a tote to hold your sunscreen and other necessities!
I think this is a great option if you are headed to a barbecue! I love this take on a classic white midi shirt dress. The cinching and ties at the waist give it great shape. It’s light, breezy, and super easy to wear. I paired it with a neutral platform sandal and blue statement earrings. If your 4th of July look is white, adding a blue or red statement earring is a great way to make it more festive!
Up next is one of my favorites— this dress is so pretty. It’s sophisticated yet relaxed, ideal for any evening plans you may have on the 4th! I just love the standup collar and drop waist. Also, this is a great piece because it’s one of those dresses you can have for years and wear so much aside from the 4th! I paired it with this raffia bag that I have seriously been wearing all summer long! For shoes, I put on one of my current favorite pairs of wedges.
This look could be great for any daytime festivities that you may have planned! The red and white striped top is super festive. I also love the structure of it. I paired it with $15 white linen shorts— this is an outfit that is super easy to move around in. If you are looking for some height, platform sandals can give that to you without totally compromising comfort. I paired this outfit with that same raffia bag! I love this look because it really can be worn and styled day to night!
For a possible evening dinner or a more formal gathering, I styled this navy blue midi dress that has flutter sleeves, smocking, and red embroidery detailing. The skirt part of the dress has these fun flowers that almost seem to pop off the fabric, adding a cute and playful touch! I put on neutral wedges and my raffia bag to complete the outfit!
If you are planning to be on the relaxed side of things this 4th, this one’s for you! This white flag sweater is just adorable and you can wear it year after year (and on other holiday weekends!). I paired it with a navy blue athletic skirt. It also looks so cute tucked into your favorite pair of jeans or jean shorts. It’s comfortable, yet patriotic!
No matter what type of 4th of July plans you may have, I hope these outfit ideas were helpful and you are dressed perfectly for the occasion! Everyone in the office has been having so much fun planning what they are going to wear to all of their different festivities. Have fun celebrating in style!
