Styling Tips with Goodnight Macaroon

11 June |

Happy Monday! Today on the blog I’m recapping the outfits from our recent trip to New York City for the Veuve Cliquot Polo Classic. Goodnight Macaroon was kind enough to sponsor this trip and I was excited to wear outfits from their summer line. If you haven’t shopped at Goodnight Macaroon previously, I’m going to give you all the details in today’s post to make the process as seamless as possible.

Before we get into the outfits from NYC, let’s talk shopping with Goodnight Macaroon. They are a small online boutique headquartered in the UK. Think of them like a boutique you would shop at in your town. I always suggest reading the shipping policy and the return policy prior to making a purchase. Honestly, this is something you should do with every retailer you shop with just so you know how they operate and so there won’t be any surprises on your end.

As far as the shipping, I always suggest Express shipping. Goodnight Macaroon has partnered with DHL to deliver your order much faster and more efficiently. To get this service, you will need to select the Express shipping option at checkout. Depending on how much you spend or if there is a current promotion, this shipping option could be complimentary. Regardless, I suggest always going the Express route. The items are coming from China and are subject to going through customs so just keep that in mind when you are ordering items for a specific date or event.

Next I would suggest reading the reviews before making a purchase. They have thousands of reviews listed on their website with good information about the products. Unless you have heard a live review of a product from a blogger that you trust, I would always read the reviews! You can also view their blog for outfit ideas, their YouTube Channel for try on sessions and live styling tips and their contact page in case you have any questions!

Aside from this blog post, I’ve also included a YouTube video that will walk you through how to style each of the outfits I wore in New York City. If you are looking for summer dresses or outfits to go out for Girl’s Night, you won’t want to miss this video!

One look that you haven’t seen yet is this cute date night or wedding option. I love dresses that can be worn to several different types of events. This little dress is flirty and a tad sexy. It has small cutouts on around the waistline but I think it’s very tasteful thanks to the sleeves of the dress. I’m 5’5 for reference and this dress is a little short on me. So just take that into consideration if you are tall. I’m wearing a small and it’s true to size!

You can shop all of my Goodnight Macaroon looks with the promo code LG25 for 25% OFF your total purchase. I would love to know if you have ordered or have any of the pieces that I shared.

Thank you again to Goodnight Macaroon for sponsoring our trip to NYC. As always all opinions are my own. Photos by Allie Provost
