Effortless Graphic Tee

I like outfits that are easy. Outfits that are effortless. Outfits that you don’t have to try hard at but ones that you know will turn out cute. That’s exactly how I feel about styling a graphic tee. You can do so much with one shirt that has a few words or a fun phrase on it.

The best part about graphic tees right now is that there are so many cute ones available right now! I mean, just take Anthropologie alone. They have the BEST graphic tees with the cutest statements. I recently purchased one that says “Nice” on it and I love the sweet reminder to be nice.

The one I have on today reminds me so much of my mother. When I was younger, she would always drink Cafe Au Laits. She can also speak a little French so every time I read this phrase, I can hear her speaking it with her accent!

As for sizing, I’m wearing a large in this tee. I wanted it to be oversized so I could wear it with leggings and it would be long enough. I also wanted to be able to tie a big knot on the side to wear under a statement color sweater. If you want it to be just a regular tee, I would size up one size from your regular size.

I’m also wearing my favorite ripped skinny jeans. I think these jeans take the cake for most times worn in 2017 and I’m sure 2018 will surpass that. I will suggest that you size up one or even two sizes in them. I normally wear a 25 in jeans but in these ones I ended up purchasing a 27. They also stretch out a lot so my next pair will be a size 26. I guess I’m just saying that if you don’t want them to be super tight, go up 2 sizes.
